Attend this 2 hour workshop and learn how to harness the power of your breath to release stress and calm your active mind. The workshop will cover the following but feel free to request anything that interests you.

- Overview of respiratory system

- Cleaning of nostrils

- Full yogic breathing, belly breathing

- Ujayyi breath

- Bramari or bumble bee breath

- Using mudras to access our nadis and direct the flow of prana

- Energising vs relaxing breaths

- Understanding the Vayus
