Asian Vegan Cooking and Fermented Foods Workshop

Friday, 4 May 2-6pm

Join me for an afternoon of preparing Asian vegan dishes and learn about the importance of fermented foods for a healthy gut flora. I am joined by Leonora Franklin from 2-3pm who will show you how to ferment foods and make Kimchi, Kamboocha and Kefir. You will go home with your very own Scobi to make your own. Following this, we will begin our interactive cooking session.

How it works:

I prepare the menu and buy all the ingredients. Then each person prepares a dish. We then sit down and eat together sharing our experience.

Numbers are limited to 8 due to kitchen space.

Timing: Friday, 4 May

2-3pm Fermented Foods AED 150

3-6pm Asian Vegan Cooking Class AED 200
