Vegan Cooking Classes
I became a vegetarian when I left home at 18. I became a serious student of nutrition when I decided to raise my sons as vegetarians. My son, Phil, encouraged me to become vegan. Isn’t that amazing!?
These interactive classes began when I wanted to find more plant based recipes. Soon my kitchen was too small for the number of people who wanted to join. Now I use Just Be Center’s kitchen for my group classes. I provide the ingredients and recipes and we all prepare the dishes. We all share our experience and sit down to eat. We can also have a private session in your own home.
Our Vegan cooking classes are held at Just Be Holistic Center. We start with a 10-minute presentation on vegan cooking followed by 60-minute interactive cooking session in our fully equipped kitchen. All food is organic and you receive all the recipes by email along with photos.
