YOGA

Yoga is a mindfulness practice that subtly changes you, connecting you to a quiet, calm place. It creates more present moment awareness, where there is no stress. It’s one of the most effective ways I know for maintaining a healthy body and mind. This ancient practice has been passed down through the centuries and I would be delighted to share what I have learned with you. Group Classes

Styles include Hatha, Yin and Flow Yoga. Each class is 60 to 90 mins long and includes breath practise or pranayama, mudras, a warm up followed by asana or poses themed to a specific part of the body.

Private Classes

You prefer individualized attention to studio classes and have specific goals. Sessions last 60 or 90 minutes and include kriyas, warm up, pranayama, asana practice and meditation/relaxation. You will be required to complete an assessment form and waiver prior to our first session.
