Yoga for Tight Hips

This class is dedicated to my Mum Sylvia, who asked for this class. I purposely spend most of the time on the floor so the spine can relax while we work to release tightness in the hips.

Our hips are the biggest joint in our bodies and they get chronically tight as we sit for longer periods of time, walk, run. Hip replacements are now commonplace but I truly believe that if we take care of hips by doing daily stretches we can avoid such a future.
